The Olympia Peace Choir

An inclusive, inter-generational community dedicated to using the power of song to create peace and promote social justice and environmental stewardship.

We sing music from diverse cultures and traditions and are dedicated to practicing the principles of equality, peace, respect, and cooperation.

Please join us in September 2025 when we begin our 16th season. Our theme for 25-26 is:

Walking the Road Home

Treble Voices
for Peace

A community choir for all who sing in the treble range (soprano, alto, contralto). We sing new and traditional music, by and for women, LGBTQIA2S+ folks and others who uphold our themes of peace, social justice and environmental stewardship.

We believe in the transformational power of song to create inspiration, heal trauma, bridge divides and bring attention to issues that affect women and LGBTQIA2S+ communities.

Help us celebrate our 16th season!

The Olympia Peace Choir is an inclusive, inter-generational community dedicated to using the power of song to create peace and promote social justice and environmental stewardship. We sing music from diverse cultures and traditions and are dedicated to practicing the principles of equality, peace, respect, and cooperation.

Since our founding we have grown. We now offer two choirs: The Olympia Peace Choir and Treble Voices for Peace.

Our motto is “Quality Through Inclusion.” There are no auditions to become a member of The Olympia Peace Choir or Treble Voices for Peace. We accept people from all backgrounds, and with all levels of musical ability. We believe that one of the keys to a great choir performance is the relationship we have with each other. Our rehearsals are a nice balance of fun and hard work. Each rehearsal and performance leaves us feeling energized, hopeful, and connected.

We look forward to seeing you at our performances and sharing our vision of community with you.

A Wonderful Choir! There is a peace attained listening to every voice come together in harmony.

Let your voice be heard,
Let your voice be heard,
Like the ones who came before you
Let your voice be heard.
